Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurse, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

In August the total number of people who did not attend their appointment was 66 this equates to 14.5 hours of time wasted. Not attending cost NHS £160 approx. Please call the surgery on  0208 743 1511 to cancel or rearrange

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Please call between 12 noon and 1.00pm only to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times and a GP is available to speak to if necessary.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results. You may be asked for personal information by the receptionist in order to confirm your identity.

The receptionist may tell you that your results are normal, or that you need to make an appointment with the doctor. The receptionist is not qualified to discuss your results with you.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice. It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
