Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurse, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

In September the total number of people who did not attend their appointment was 66 this equates to 14.5 hours of time wasted. Not attending cost NHS £160 approx. Please call the surgery on  0208 743 1511 to cancel or rearrange

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Test Results

Please call between 12 noon and 1.00pm only to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times and a GP is available to speak to if necessary.

Privacy Notice - How we use your data


blue_folder_lockThe practice complies with Data Protection (register number Z5420051) and Access to Medical Records legislation. Identifiable information about you will be shared with others in the following circumstances:

  • To provide further medical treatment for you e.g. from district nurses and hospital services.
  • To help you get other services e.g. from the social work department. This requires your consent.
  • When we have a duty to others e.g. in child protection cases Anonymised patient information will also be used at local and national level to help the Health Board and Government plan services e.g. for diabetic care.

If you do not wish anonymous information about you to be used in such a way you will be asked to sign a waiver in Reception.

Reception and administration staff require access to your medical records in order to do their jobs. These members of staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the medical staff.
