Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurse, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

In April the total number of people who did not attend their appointment was 76 this equates to 21 hours of time wasted. Not attending cost NHS £160 approx. Please call the surgery on  0208 743 1511 to cancel or rearrange

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Test Results

Please call between 12 noon and 1.00pm only to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times and a GP is available to speak to if necessary.

Complaints

Patients’ written comments and constructive criticisms of the surgery arrangements are welcomed and should be handed to the receptionist.

Formal complaints should be made to the senior partner, Dr. R Jolly or to the Practice Manager Mrs Varsha Chohan.

A leaflet entitled 'Making a Complaint-notes for patients' is available on request from reception.
