CHANGES TO OUR OPENING TIMES
AS FROM 1ST APRIL 2017 THE SURGERY WILL OFFER PRE-BOOKABLE APPOINTMENTS FROM 7-8am WHICH IS KNOWN AS EXTENDED HOURS PATIENTS ARE TO RING THE BELL ON THE LEFT WALL FOR ENTRY DURING THIS TIME.
FOR OUR CORE HOURS DOORS & TELEPHONES WILL OPEN FROM 08:00-18:00 MONDAY-FRIDAY WHICH MEANS WE ARE NO LONGER CLOSED THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
SADLY DR EMILY WESTON-PRICE WILL BE LEAVING US, HER LAST DAY HERE AT THE NEW SURGERY WILL BE FRIDAY 28TH APRIL 2017 WE WISH HER ALL THE VERY BEST FOR THE FUTURE

Also requesting repeat prescriptions and booking, cancelling, changing appointments are available using the links below. You are also able to book, change and cancel appointments by using our telephone booking system. To use the on-line booking service we require photo ID which will enable us to give you a login and password. P lease contact reception for more details.
We are a small friendly family practice with excellent access for patients situated in a busy cosmopolitan part of West London.The practice has good connections with local hospitals and other services.
The New Surgery provides the highest quality healthcare to patients in the W12 area. Our doctors, nurse and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice. Please note that we are a teaching practice and from time to time have fifth year medical students in the practice in a supervised capacity. If you prefer to see your doctor or nurse without a student, please tell the receptionist when you arrive.
